Return policy

1. Returns Eligibility
We want you to love your JerseyFun purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customized or personalized jerseys (e.g., with printed name/number) cannot be returned unless the item arrived defective or there was an error on our part.
Final sale items are marked as such and are non‑returnable.
2. How to Initiate a Return

We will provide you with a return authorization and the return shipping address.
Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5‑10 business days. The original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive the desired item as quickly as possible.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
